Exhill Works

The Exhill Works is an on-going project to showcase our products as a way to help develop the concept of using 00 gauge track (16.5mm) to represent a minimum gauge works railway system, at the same time utilizing 7/8ths to the foot equipment for a minimum space layout.

What is 7/8ths? – This scale was developed to use 45mm (gauge 1) track for two foot gauge narrow gauge lines, the scale ratio works out at 1/13th or 22.5mm to the foot (1.875mm = 1”) at 16.5mm its close enough for a 9” gauge miniature railway.
